Helen Parker is an experienced professional with over 20 years experience in the legal and Personnel/Human Resources fields. Prior to starting Parker Associates, she held senior Human Resource management positions in companies such as Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Plan Hold Corporation, Times Mirror, Rogers Cable TV, and the PennySaver Shopper.

As a consultant, Helen has worked with several Fortune 500 firms, but has special expertise working with small to medium sized companies, bringing her unique bottom line perspective to managing human resources.

Helen is a popular speaker and trainer. She conducts a variety of training programs and workshops, for client companies and professional associations. She has published The Complete Book of Standard Personnel Forms, over 100 personnel administration forms. Helen serves on the Board of Directors and the Personnel Advisory Committee of the American Red Cross, Orange County Chapter.
